What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you type into it: your name, your phone number or email address, the property address if you are requesting a valuation, and any message you write. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type, and how you arrived at the site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketers or lead-generation companies. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly asked to be added.

Who has access

Brenda Bendis, and the systems used to deliver messages to her: Microsoft 365 for email, an SMS notification service, and a customer relationship management tool. Each of these is a processor acting on her instructions.

Communications consent

By submitting a form and ticking the consent box, you agree that Brenda Bendis may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask to be removed at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site measures its own traffic. It records the pages viewed, the buttons clicked and a random identifier that lasts only until you close the browser. There is no advertising network, no third-party tracker and no profile built about you across other websites.

If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Ask, and it will be done.
