What clients say
Most of my business comes from people I have already worked with, or from their neighbors. That only happens if the advice was honest the first time.
Every review here is quoted word for word, with permission, from the person who wrote it. You can read more on my Zillow profile.
She told us to wait six weeks and repaint the kitchen instead of listing right away. We did. It sold the first weekend, over asking. That advice cost her nothing and made us real money.
We were moving from out of state and had never heard of Del Webb. Brenda walked us through the assessment, the age rule, and which models actually get afternoon sun. Nobody else did that.
Third house she has sold for our family. She answers her phone. In this business that is apparently rare.

A note on review compliance
Worth getting right, because the FTC tightened enforcement here and brokerages are increasingly strict about it:
- Reviews must be genuine and unpaid — no incentives, no compensation, no employee-written reviews
- Quote verbatim; do not edit a review to make it more flattering
- Get written permission before republishing a review off-platform
- Do not suppress negative reviews while displaying only positive ones
- Aggregate ratings displayed as schema markup must match the real source data

It genuinely helps the next person deciding who to call — particularly if you can say what the move actually involved.
If you have not worked with me yet and you are reading this to decide, the more useful pages are what I do before a sign goes up and the Sun City guide. Both show the work rather than describe it.
The fastest route is the Google Business Profile; a direct review link goes here once the profile is claimed. Google review link needed.
